TGL Training group leader L4 - Representative in Thessaloniki.
I live and work in Thessaloniki. I began studying martial arts in 2003 and in 2009 I received the 10th instructor level certificate of Traditional Wing Chun. Over the years I have attended numerous seminars by prominent masters in their respective fields, among which William Cheung and Frans Stroeven.
As a Wing Chun instructor I taught everyday classes for over a decade at a school in Thessaloniki, while continuing my training for advanced levels.
I have admired sifu Angelos Fasois ever since I was introduced to his system by watching his seminar videos, and I was given the chance to meet him in person and attend his classes in September 2020. As early as upon my first actual encounter with CCFB, I realized it represents a whole new perspective on martial arts, which I found exciting, cynically realistic, demanding and rewarding at the same time. I was drawn to this system because by definition it combines the principles of kung fu and the street style of filippino combat, but above all because of sifu Angelos’ teaching method.
I believe that training requires devotion, personality and discipline. Martial arts is both a physical and an intellectual expression.
