CCFB curriculum consists of things I have learned and find useful, as well as new things that I personally enrich by cultivating them or by creating new drills. In every flow technique, I also mention to my students the origin of the system that I use in order to honor the systems and the people who have taught me their know-how. Certainly, we do have some things in common with other Filipino or Chinese systems.
I study what is provided to me and I develop everything that I find being useful. I do some dynamic trials and corrections upon execution of the techniques. I try to have a realistic point of view and reject the techniques that do not work for me when I perform the movements with strength and speed. The system continually grows through daily practice. Everything changes dynamically but at the same time evolves around the core of our curriculum.
